CUA are passionate about customer service and excel at it through their belief that their decisions are driven by the needs of the customers. The provision of everyday banking products and services, CUA strive to achieve excellent customer service for each customer 100% of the time.

Credit Union Australia is committed to maintaining a support network on both a large scale and small scale. Large scale support includes maintaining long term partnerships with organisations such as School Fun Run Program, RSPCA Pets in Crisis Program and Relationships Australia. On a smaller scale, each branch maintains its own local community initiatives.

There are two credit cards that CUA offers. The CUA Rewards MasterCard has competitive interest rates and annual fee, while earning cardholders points for every dollar they spend. They can later redeem these points for discounted flights, shopping vouchers or cash.
