Introducing the Citibank Clear Platinum Credit Card

Citibank have released a new platinum credit card, the Citibank Clear Platinum credit card. The new card offers all of the benefits of the the current Citibank Clear credit card with the additional benefits offered by a platinum visa card.
Like the Citibank Clear credit card the Citibank Clear Platinum card currently has the same low interest rate on purchases of 12.49%, which is very low for a a platinum credit card.
Additional features include:
- maximum credit limit of $60,000,
- Personal concierge via visa platinum
- Extended warranty on your purchases
- purchase cover of $200,000 for peace of mind, and
- Free international travel insurance of $500,000
If you pay for your international travel fares with your Citibank Clear Platinum card you will receive AU$500,000 in travel accident insurance for yourself, your spouse and any dependent children.
The minimum annual income required to apply is $50,000.
If you enjoy dining out you can take advantage of the Citibank World Privileges program membership which entitles you to discounts (of up to 25% of your bill) and other complimentary offerings at over 100 restaurants in Australia and over 40,000 around the world. Remember to let the restaurant know that you will be paying with your Citibank Clear Platinum credit card.
